Although Barre and I met very few times, my father spoke very fondly of him frequently. Barre was one of our relatives who memorialized my dad online two years ago. Our family was very touched by his thoughtfulness and beautiful comforting prose. May your memory be blessed, Barre.

My Uncle Barre was the James Bond of his time.When we were little he had gadgets like mobile phones and electric windows in his car before anyone else. He was like a Dad to us, we will miss him forever and will always remember his bark!
