We are heartbroken to learn of Arnie’s passing. You were a truly beautiful couple, with whom we enjoyed many good times, good meals, great jokes, and Ohio vs Florida college football rivalry. You were so loved by this wonderful man, as he was blessed by your limitless love for him. Phil and I are but two of your many friends and family who will always have cherished memories of Arnie in our hearts.

Dear Arla and the Oblonsky Family,

We will surely miss Arnie very much. He was a dynamic individual that everyone loved. He even had his own seat in our Lobby of the 2800 bldg. with his name on it and the indentation belonged to Arnie which we used to joke about 🙂
We all lost a good friend and my heart goes out to Arla and the entire Oblonsky family. My thoughts are with you during this difficult time.

Dear Arla & family,
I was shocked and saddened to hear of Arnie’s passing – it’s hard to believe that the 2800 Lobby Ambassador will not be waiting there to tell my clients about getting a free car when they buy a condo. So many years gone by and always a beautiful smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye.
