Rita Slotten Fellman, nee Greenberg, age 93, beloved wife of the late Shelly Slotten and the late Harry Fellman. Cherished mother of Susan (Ralph) Palmer and Barry (Dale) Slotten Proud and loving grandmother of Mike Palmer, Tom (Lora) Palmer, Bryan (Melissa) Slotten and Jason (Aubrey) Slotten and three great grandchildren, Ryan and Alex Palmer and Makenzie Slotten. After a long and successful career as the top advertising sales rep for a chain of suburban Chicago newspapers, Rita & Shelly retired to San Diego and she donated her time and energy to many local and charitable organizations such as the Lions Club and the Brandeis University National Women’s Committee, where she served as president. Private family services have been held. The family will be receiving calls of condolence at the home of Sue and Ralph Palmer on Saturday, January 19, 1:00 PM-5:00 PM .
