Brad was terrific story teller and had a great sense of humor. Once he moved to Manzanillo he fell in love with Mexico and always had a kind word for the people and their culture.
Brad was generous with his knowledge and time. We were Both former Chicagoans and I will miss talking about “Da Bears” with him every fall and winter weekend.
He and Ginny were a great couple and we look forward to Ginny’s return.

Brad always amazed me with his intelligence and vast appraisal knowledge; I was fortunate to work for him as his Admin Assistant at Indymac Bank. We shared many laughs in the Department, and I will always think of him with fond memories. I send my condolences to Virginia, Kerri, and the rest of the family.

I met Brad and Virginia when we all worked at IMB. Brad was always a kind person with a good heart. He was a great guy and loving husband. He will be missed but always remembered. Sending hugs and condolences to the family and my dear friend Virginia.

Kerri,
My deepest condolences to you and your family on this very sad loss. It is very difficult to lose anyone but especially a dad. I hope your memories help fill you with joy. I have been there and know what it is like. Take it one day at a time. Only time makes things better. You and your family are in my prayers.

Brad was a friend and, for the short time we worked together, a mentor. He was always willing to share of his knowledge and experience through his stories and thought-provoking questions. Brad approached his work with intelligence, confidence and purpose. I will greatly miss the occasional conversations and emails we shared over the past few years.

Brad always had a story to tell and he was an excellent story teller. He always seemed to have a smile and a good word for those he worked with. He was also a very good seminar leader with his Continuing Education classes. It was fun working with him and he was one of the first IndyMac employees that I met. His comments helped my transition from Fee Aprpaiser to Review Appraiser. My condolences to Virginia and the entire family.

I wanted to share a Hopi Indian poem that is giving me some comfort, for my husband will always be with me.
Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there, I do not sleep
I am the thousand winds that blow
I’am the diamond glint on the snow
I am the sunlight on the ripened grain
I am the gentle autumn rain
When you wake in the morning hush
I am the swift, uplifting rush of the
Uplifting birds in circling flight
I am the soft starlight in the night
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am no there, I did not die.
