Edward Bloom, 79, of Wilmette, beloved husband of Beverly; devoted father of Michelle “Missy” (Brian) Hawley and Larry (Deborah) Bloom; proud Poppy of Tommy Hawley; dear brother of Rolla (late Joseph) Ash; devoted son of the late Jack and Pauline Bloom; fond uncle and true friend to countless others. Beverly, Missy and Larry, I have happy memories of Eddie performing at Ben’s (Benjie’s) birthday parties and grateful memories of Eddie graciously and immediately stepping up to help me with photographs when I was in a serious car crash.
