Sidney Tandler, 91, beloved husband of Elsie, nee Cohen for 69 wonderful years; cherished father of Roberta (Shelly) Straim and Wayne Tandler; proud grandpa of Cory Straim; dearest brother of the late Helen Stole. Veteran and Bronze Star receipient of WWII. Chapel service Friday 12:15PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
