Hynda G. Gamze nee Gottstein, 84; beloved wife for 58 years of the late Maurice; loving mother of Jay, Jonathan (Bonnie Warton) and Lisa Gamze (John) Weinberger; cherished grandmother of Emily, Julie, Benjamin and Daniel; dear sister of Corrine (Tom) Feinberg, Naomi (Larry) Rivkin, Jeremy (Carrie) Gottstein and the late Leland (the late Mary) Gottstein. A special thanks to all her caregivers- Ramona, Edna, Evangelina, & Chris and to special friend Teek. Hynda Gamze had a master’s degree in counseling and worked at Glenbrook North High School for 31 years. She was an active member of NSS Beth El and Women’s American Technion. She had a lifelong passion for family, learning and travel. Service Wednesday, 1:30 PM at North Suburban Synagogue Beth El, 1175 Sheridan Road, Highland Park. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
