Maurice Syat, 92; beloved and devoted husband for 68 years of Dorothy nee Cohen; loving father of Howard; proud grandfather of Rhonda; caring brother of the late Lorraine “Libby” Segal; dear friend of many. A veteran of WWII, Mr. Syat proudly served on the USS Boston. Graveside service Monday, 10:30 AM at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights.
