Evelyn Dribin, nee David, 91, beloved wife and best friend of Jerome for 67 wonderful years; loving mother of Michele (Joel) Shoolin, Barbara (Bradley) Warady and Laura Dribin (Carl Van Camp, fiance); cherished grandmother of Emily (Jared) McGuire, Claire (Andrew) Witko, Stacey (Gabriel) Gillett, Melanie Warady (Bryan Newell, fiance), Michael Warady, Kara Werner and Leah Werner; adored great grandmother of Julian McGuire and Lucia Gillett; devoted daughter of the late Celia and Solomon David; dear sister of the late Samuel (Becky) David and the late Pearl (Marty) Zinger; caring former mother-in-law of James Werner; treasured aunt, cousin and friend of many. Chapel service Friday 12:15 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park. Even though we never got the chance to meet Evelyn in person, we loved her through Melanie’s love of her, and the family pictures we enjoyed seeing. Our son, Bryan, fortunately, had the privilege of knowing her , and our families are to be united through Melanie and Bryan’s marriage. We can’t wait to hear more about her, and the many happy memories the Warady family has to share. Our sympathy to all the family.
