Obituary
Ida Epstein, nee Bentcover, died in Glenview on March 6 at 94. A longtime resident of Skokie and former president of the Skokie Valley Traditional Synagogue Sisterhood. Beloved wife of the late Harold “Eppie” Epstein, loving mother of Lois Samuels (Howard), Charles (the late Laurie) and Edward; devoted daughter of the late Paul and Bella Bentcover; dear sister of Sylvia Katz and the late Seymour Bentcover; adoring grandmother of Erin Epstein, Dana McInerny, Jeffrey Samuels, Stacey Pearl, the late Abbey Samuels and 5 great-grandchildren. Graveside services, Tuesday 12 Noon at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlngton Heights. Contributions can be sent to the Alzheimer’s Association Greater Illinois Chapter.
