I will always remember, back when I was a child, when we all lived in Boston, our Sunday drives with my father at the wheel. Those were fun times and alot of laughs. They will always remain one of my fondest childhood memories. Rest in Peace, Rooky.

Rose was someone you instantly loved, from the moment you had your first laugh with her, and there were many! A spunky lady, full of fun, and no-nonsense. I just loved her dearly, and she will be missed. Our prayers and hearts go out to her family, from ours. We wish we could be there to grieve as well as celebrate her life. We love you all! Rest in peace, dearest Rose.

The Schmidt family is saddened to learn of the passing of Rose and our prayers go out to all of her family and friends. Rose attended some Roebke-Schmidt family events and we always found her to be so warm and charming. She had such a good sense of humor and a wonderful laugh. I recall having a fine dinner with Rose, Kurt, Val and my wife Mary Ann at Ditka’s in Chicago years ago that was full of laughter and fun. Mary Ann was blessed to have chance to have a nice phone chat with Rose just a few weeks ago. She will be missed.
