Mildred Sachs

Aunt Minnie was a gem- always a smile on her face; would always saying something nice to make people feel good- she was dear to the whole family.

27 of Nissan- the hebrew lettters that make up the number 27 spell out ‘Zach’, which means ‘pure’ in Hebrew- she was a pure soul. All pure. May her soul be elevated to the highest of heights. She will always be in our hearts.

All of Mildred’s friends at Dobson Plaza, will miss her dearly. Her warm and playful sense of humor was contagious. She was “Captain” of the Dobson Plaza cheerleading squad and motivated others to join in. Mildred participated with a fun loving attitude in a variety of activities and enjoyed socializing with her many friends at Dobson who will miss her. She was always gracious and appreciative of staff.
The devotion of her son Howard was especially heartwarming. His several time weekly visits brought joy to her life. Howards developed connection with the Dobson family of staff and residents during these visits, brought happiness to his proud Mother.
Mildred will remain in the hearts of all who had the pleasure of knowing her at Dobson Plaza.

Caring,compassionate,loving, and lovable, this was Mildred Sachs. How does one sum up the total of her life, the twinkle in her eye, the soft smile, the tenderness that was within her. She lost her mother at birth, as she grew, had the proverbial horrific stepmother,yet her whole being only showed kindness to everyone. No matter the religion, the race, the wealth or lack of it of others, she loved all she met. She epitomized the meaning of a “true friend”, a “real mother”, a “great aunt”, “wonderful family member”. May her family be strengthend. She was and always will be loved. May her memory always be for a blessing.
