Irving Ellis, 92, loving husband for 67 years of the late Anne Ellis; devoted father of Dr. Toni Ellis Wolf (Dr. Steven) and Kim Ellis (Fred Euler); proud grandfather of 5 granddaughters, Dr. Abigail Wolf Greenstein (Dr. David Greenstein), Halley Wolf, Isabel Wolf, Samantha Euler (fiance William Duffy) and Ellory Euler; proud World War II veteran; surrogate father, grandfather, role model and friend to many. Graveside service, Wednesday 2:30 PM at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Honor Flight or Pritzker Military Library.
