Harold Marvin Karbin, 87, beloved husband of Helen nee Baer for 63 years; loving father of Karen (Paul) Peterson, Neal (Sharel) and Martin (Carolyn); devoted grandfather of David (Abby) Karbin, Deborah (Rabbi Ari) Werbler, Rebecca and Laura Karbin; cherished great grandfather of Dovid, Ethan and Tyler; dear brother of the late Al, Henry, Ray, Norman and Buddy. 1946 Chicago Public League All City Soccer MVP and proud US Army veteran of the Korean War. Chapel service, Monday 2:30 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
