I worked with Howard for many years at Mayer Brown. Howard was usually the colleague I turned to for advice about corporate matters, my knowledge of those matters having gotten rusty over the years. Howard was generous with his time, knowledge, wisdom, and forms. Howard was a kind and calm spirit. He spoke fondly of his family, and with pleasure about cooking and traveling. My profound sympathy to Howard’s entire family. I am so sorry that Howard will not be able to spend his retirement years in their company. Fondly, Sonia Ravin

Helen, my deepest condolences to you and your children. I’ve known Howard my entire career. He was always the one we could rely on when he was with services companies. He brought his vast knowledge and experience to the law firm and shared his talents with all of us. He was a great friend and will be greatly missed.
