Eileen Cohen, beloved wife of 64 years to Melvin, loving mother of Joseph (Miriam) Cohen, Deborah Cohen, Robin Cohen (Peter Kwiek), and Rebecca Cohen; Grandmother of David and Andrew, and celebrated matriarch of the Carl and Anna Ross Clan. Eileen was an intrepid nurturer; the family fuel, who longed to engage with the world both to experience its riches and challenge its horrors. Lover of non-human animals, admirer of natural wonders both subtle and riveting, she was our mentor in determined love and resilience.
