The picture was taken at Gallaudet University 150th year reunion in Washington, DC. We chatted. She shared her memories with me what she was doing during her studies at University. She was in the play and showed me pictures of who and who. I had fun with her. Helena Ngalle

I am sorry to learn the late news of Ms. Sandra Goldstein’s passing away. She was an excellent math teacher. I enjoyed Sandra’s great sense of humor, and sarcastically remarks in the classroom. She made me laugh all the times. Sandra also provided us a leadership training, fund raising skills, and other resources via organizations such as Jr. NAD (Junior National Association for the Deaf) and Jr. IAD (Junior Association for the Deaf). Sandra took me to a Jr IAD camp that gave me a great opportunity to meet people. I sincerely respected her true dedication to deaf community. I was so glad that I run into Sandra at that event at Gallaudet University. So we could chat and catch up news. That was last photo I have and will always cherish in my heart.
She will be sorely missed.
