Perry Snyderman’s family,
Barbara and I just learned of your loss, and we are so sorry that we were not able to be with you at Perry’s funeral and Shiva.
I first met Perry on the horse trail and have known him for more than forty years. He was one of my dearest friends. On those occasions when I needed his counsel or his assistance, he was always there, usually within minutes after I telephoned him. He was an extraordinary person, an outstanding lawyer, and he lived an exciting and fulfilled life.
We know that there are no words to ease the pain of the loss of Perry. But, we are certain that many of the loving, wonderful, and cherished memories each of you have of Perry will comfort you and help ease your sorrow.

Perry was a truly extraordinary person. He was my friend for 34 years and my partner for two decades. He was incredibly successful in business and in his law practice and he will be remembered for many things by many people but in my business world he was best known as the Father of the ARDA Code of Ethics and, with Shelly Ginsburg, as the developer of Shell Vacations.
I could not imagine a better partner, Perry was always there for me and always supported me in more ways than I would have imagined possible.
As a friend he was supportive, brutally direct when necessary, unfailingly kind and a man who was easy to love.
I will miss him every day for the rest of my days.
He had a unique sense of humor that i grew to love and appreciate because as it was so close to British humor.
I 2003 I moved to China to start a business with Perry as my partner. Instead of telling me i was crazy (which in many ways it turned out that I was!) he asked all the right and hard questions and after that gave me his unfailing support. While in Asia I became ill and without Perry’s support I would likely not be here today.
Love you Perry rest in peace and know that you will always be loved and always remembered.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful life with me.
