My dear friend Madelin… how I tried to get in touch with you after you moved. Our gorgeous days of sailing, dinners out and in, our time at the Cape, so many more great times together… How Tom and I loved our times with you and David. I loved you so much. You were a treasure in our lives!

I loved Madelin! She was one of my mother’s oldest and dearest friends and my heart is full of many happy memories of time spent together. She was a kind, wonderful woman with so many beautiful gifts – especially her wicked sense of humor! I’m happy they are now reunited as besties in heaven. Much love to your family.

I met Madelin in 2011 when I moved here. Our apts. were not in the same building, but whenever I saw her, I remarked on her presence. She moved so gracefully, and brightened whatever area she was in with her always beautfully coiffed shining white hair. She was the epitome of the word “stunning.” She was tall and slender and could make a simple white shirt look dressy. Madelin was an elegant lady!
She described her many jobs travelling as we looked at pictures and exchanged anecdotes; I, too, was a traveler. She was a very giving person and supported many charities. Earth lost an angel and heaven gained one.
