Mark David Elkin

I remember when Mark was born. I was in the living room of my parents apartment when I think my Mother mentioned Mark’s birth. Through the years I would see Mark at family functions and in later years I would bump into him in downtown Chicago where we both worked. He was a wonderful sweet person and I always enjoyed seeing him. Unfortunately, when I moved to California I lost track of Mark. I am very sad about his passing. I have the most vivid picture of him in my mind as if I had seen him just yesterday. Rest in peace dear cousin, I will miss you!

I was very sad to see that my dear cousin Mark Elkin had passed away. I have very fond memories of him. As I recall, I was in the car with his parents and my mother when they picked beautiful baby Mark up from the hospital. Unfortunately, we lost touch many years ago when I moved from Chicago to Los Angeles. My heart and thoughts are with his family
at this most difficult time.

I remember Mark as very quiet, but sweet & kind. He put up with our teenage shenanigans when we would hang out at your parent’s house, many, many years ago.
It sounds like he had a very happy life & my sincere condolences for your loss.
