I will always love and remember Anne as my baby cousin. I babysat for Eddie and Anne for many years. One of my most vivid memories from when I was only about 10 was the famous BLACE OLIVE INCIDENT! Before they moved to Skokie they lived in Roger’s Park on Lunt Ave. We visited often on Sunday afternoon. One time I found a can of black olives in their pantry, opened it (cause I was soooo grown up I could) and shared it with Ed and Anne. When Aunt Bettie discovered what we were up to, I was in big trouble!
Another time they were at our house and my mother must have been babysitting. I put Anne in her stroller and paraded all over our neighborhood because I was so proud to have a baby cousin! I was all of seven years older than Anne, so I was probably about 9 at that time.
My mother and Uncle Marshall were very close, and they are still…being buried only a row away from each other.
We grew apart as adults, but the love was very strong. At Cousin Muriel’s funeral, we spent hours just holding hands and reminiscing.

I will only remember Anne as the beautiful, creative, talented, vibrant, and caring woman that she was. She was special in so many ways.
