Sybil Becker, 83, devoted daughter of the late Yetta and Israel Becker; dear sister of the late Rosella (Morris) Haas; adored aunt of Mark, Neal and Howard (Debbie) Haas; cherished great aunt of Reed, Jett, Sam and Hannah Haas; treasured friend of many. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Children’s First Fund, The Chicago Public Schools Foundation at www.childrenfirstfund.org.

Sybil was a great teacher and she turned into a great friend. When I found out she had passed it was a hurt that I can not explain! I will always remember her as being a great person and she helped me through some rough times in my life. I love you Sybil and I will forever pray for you.
