Lila Kaplan

Lila was a sweet, caring person. She helped so many people in her role as a Guest Service worked.
Parking distant from the hospital, she noticed me walking, stopped, and gave me a ride early in our relationship.
She loved to schmooze, proudly sharing often about her family. Yet, she was an amazing listener as well.
She has been retired for a while. I miss her very much.
May her good memory always be for a blessing.

Lila will forever be missed. She was one of the kindest, warmest and most beautiful woman you could ever meet. In later years, would see her at Lutheran General reception desk and we would always talk and catch up with life. She was a big influence on me in my younger years with her home and family life, and I still practice what I learned from her to the present day. My condolences go out to her two sons and their families. Your mother really meant a lot to me. Be well.

I would run into Lila over the years around the neighborhood and she would always have a smile on her face and a warm greeting in her heart. She will be dearly missed.
