To the beloved wife and family of Richard,
He was a dear friend for more than forty years, someone who brought laughter into my life, who spoke well always of the blessings of family, good health, and lots of tennis playing.
I will forever cherish Richard’s good nature, his sharp wit, and his reflective and kind spirit. May he rest in eternal peace, shalom.

My parents Rose and Raymond Small were friends of the Kaufman’s during their entire adult lives. My mother deeply admired and respected Marian.
During my mother’s brief and terrible illness, Marian was a wonderful source of comfort and support. They both were great friends to my father following her death.
My childhood memories of the Kaufman’s was of an elegant and dignified couple. Dick was very funny and sharp witted.
Please accept my deepest sympathies to your family on his loss. Fondly, Ellen Rosenberg

I was a friend and fellow Dental Professional of Dick Kaufman for 40 years. He was a true gentleman and an outstanding professional. I thoroughly enjoyed his no nonsense approach to his professional life, his total honesty and his “second to none” professional skills. I always cherished our friendship as well as our professional relationship. My heartfelt sympathy and my respects go out to Marian and his entire family.

Dr Kaufman was my dentist for twenty-five years. He was highly skilled and had a wonderful “bedside manner”. I have missed him ever since he retired. Although it was very sad to hear of his passing, I am cheered by the knowledge that he enjoyed such a long and rich life. May his children and loved ones be comforted along with all the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.

The services were a fine tribute. I have only fond memories of Dick dating back to the days when I baby sat for Paula and then Sheri. Over the years we have not seen each other much, but memories last. My sincerest condolences and my best to your family. All should stay well.
