I have many sweet memories of working with Jan at Attea. She looked after the students and teachers as if we were family. Once she retired, she was always the first to respond with a like or love on Facebook to let you know she saw your post and it was meaningful to her. She will be missed by so many people. May her memory be a blessing.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I worked with Jan at JC Penny’s and reconnected on Facebook. She was always one of the first to comment on any of the photos i would post of my family or baked goods. Always being complimentary and adding cute little stickers. It was so nice to see what was going on in her life and I know she enjoyed seeing the photos of my Granddaughter. I never made it to a JCP luncheon due to my work schedule but I didn’t need to see her in person to know how she felt about me and every other one of her friends, whether just on FB or in person. What a truly wonderful woman she was. I know I will miss her every time I post something dear to me and not seeing her comment on it. May she Rest in Peace.
