Staci & I became fast friends at the end of college and then became roommates and lived in NYC together for a few years. Michael and Debbie would always come to visit us and Stac would make plans to go to only the best restaurants, because that’s what she knew he wanted, great food and a great scene. The apple didn’t fall far. “The girls” were always invited to join them for those great meals and lots fun and laughter. We have continued to see them over the years “around town” when they were visiting my hometown of Delray Beach, continuing to track down the most delicious spots around. I am truly grateful to have known him and to really understand where my bestie “Crazy Staci” came from. Rest in peace Michael.

To say that Michael was a friend would be an understatement
A greeting from Michael would always include an endearing Bear hug, a warm smile and a genuine question to me as “how are you doing”
When Michael knew that he would be coming to Florida he always arranged for our group of friends to meet as he was the glue that kept us together
I only wish that I was able to spend more time with him
Debbie my heart felt condolences go out to you, your children, grandchildren and family
Michael I will always miss you

So sorry to hear about Michael’s passing, my heart goes out to his family at this sad time. Michael was my “cousin by marriage”. His aunt Flora married my uncle, David Warren. I met Micheal, his parents, and his sister Debbie when I was a little kid; Micheal was in high school. Although I didn’t know him very well, I saw him from time to time at family gatherings. We both grew up in Chicago but as some of our family members moved to Los Angeles, we had occasion to meet up there as well. I remember going to a Cubs baseball game with him, cousin Stuart, and cousin Carole… we had a fabulous time. I always felt comfortable around Michael; He was always very sweet and kind, and shared many interesting stories. Micheal and his wife Deborah seemed so happy together… and I found them an adorable couple. I remember his warm smile and great sense of humor. My heart goes out to his wife Deborah, his sister Debbie, brother-in-law Bill, his children, grand kids, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. He will be greatly missed.
