Louis “Louie” Kagan, 68, beloved husband of Barbara “Barb” for 34 wonderful years; loving father of Rebecca (Steven) West, Philip Kagan and Charlie Kagan; devoted son of the late Ruth and Philip Kagan; dear brother of Joyce (Ronald) Greenspan and Sharon (David) Shapiro; treasured uncle, cousin and friend of many. As an 8 year old kid my father managed our Southeast Little League baseball team.We had no catcher.He gathered the group and said anyone willing to catch will play ALL the time.I always remember this kid stepping up to take it on.That kid was Louie Kagan.
