Roselyn Gerson (nee Levine), 93, August 3, 2021; beloved wife and best friend of the late Alvin for 71 wonderful years; devoted mother of Robin Gerson (Denis) Wong, Ira (Gayle) and Roy (Corrine); loving grandmother of Katerina Wong (Dennis Zollo), Andrew Wong, Ilyse (Brian) Cody, Sarah Gerson (Ross Vanderwert), Shayna (Brian) Adelman, and the late Pamela “Pammy” Gerson; dear great grandmother of Nathaniel and Finn Cody, Penelope Gerson, and Annabel and Sophie Adelman. Dear Ira, Roy and Robin,
Aunt Rozie was always so loving. She always made me feel special and beautiful ” poo, poo,poo” she would say. Of course her hosting Thanksgiving was something we looked forward to every year and we were all grateful that she always took our kashrut into consideration. I have fond memories of going as a family to an antique show and I clearly remember her advising..collect anything, but collect! I also loved examining her needlepoint throughout the house. She is with Uncle Alvin now and her sisters and brother and parents. That should make you happy.
Her beautiful memories should be for a blessing.
