Dear Florence and Family,

Please accept my deepest condolences for the loss of my dear friend,colleague and boss, Ron. I had the privilege of working with Ron as a Counselor/Teacher at Hibbard School. As a new teacher, fresh out of college, I was petrified of Ron because of the horror stories I had heard of him reprimanding students. Little did I know and soon came to find out that Ron was a puppy with a heart of gold. I had the honor of sharing an office with Ron when I became the Counselor, and it was then that I got to know the sweet and caring Ron that everyone was afraid of. He was tough when he had to be and gentle when needed. Ron had great wisdom and provided much support to his colleagues. Ron will be missed greatly but he has left a wonderful legacy behind to everyone, especially his family, His Pride and Joy!

May Ron rest in peace and may God grant you all strength during this very difficult time.
