He would text me daily with my moms nurse and CNA for both am shift and pm shift. We met during my frequent visits to my mom, he would always come up and talk with me. I enjoyed our conversations very much. It will not be the same visiting there anymore once they allow us back in. I will and do miss him dearly. Rest In Peace Stuart and may we one day meet again for a chat. God bless🙏

I am going to miss my dear friend Stuart. Stuart was a resident at the same Nursing Home as my Mother. I usually visited my mom and Stuart at the same time. Stuart loved his Coke Zero, Ruffles with French Onion Dip, Chicken ‘n Biscuit Crackers, Original Oreos, and he liked his Portillo’s Italian Beef completely soggy just like I do!
He loved cars, music, and he had a great sense of humor. Always had a joke (sometimes sarcastic, sometimes corny) – sometimes his jokes went right over my head.
He was very kind – during the Covid lockdown, I did get an update from him every single day on which CNA was taking care of my mom.
Stuart was a good person despite being “difficult” at times. He was dealt a rotten hand of cards so to speak, but he handled it all with Grace and humor. What else could he do? I know I would not be able to deal with a failing body with my mind still intact, but he did it.
There were days when he had a rough go of it, but he always kept his head up and still had the jokes. He is at peace now, surrounded by Love.
Stuart I will see you on the other side.
Love, your friend Deb
