Hillary Anne Chernoff

Hillary Anne Chernoff, nee Kay, 74, beloved wife of the late Arnold; devoted daughter of the late Rita and Saul Kay; adored and cherished best friend of Laura (Tony) Coletta and Ruby (Jim) Phillips; caring niece of Carol Hadesman; dear cousin of Candice Turner, Jan Weber, Dale Rubinfeld and their families; treasured aunt and friend of many. Hillary’s parents owned Jack’s Women’s and Children’s Clothing Store in Waukegan, IL. They were an icon in Waukegan for 62 amazing years.
