Richard Sager, 100, beloved husband to the late Joy Beth Sager nee Sudow for over 70 years; loving father of Cantor Sarah Sager, Tom (Michele) Sudow, Judd (Sheryl) Sager and the late Sharon (Marc) Freimuth; proud grandfather of Ladeene, Kyle (Wendy) and the late Joel (Jill) Freimuth, Erin (Ben) Willcher, Noah (Avery) and Nate Sudow, Rabbi Jennifer (Michael) Hartman, Jonathan (Zoe Weitzman) Gertman, Stacy (David) Wright and Jeremy, Rachel and David Sager; adoring great-grandfather of Ariana, Zachary, Zoe, Emma, Reese, Miles, Hallie, Brody, Fred, Jonah, Bess, Jacob, and Benjamin; dear brother of the late Marshall and the late Ronald (Gail); loving uncle and cherished friend of many. Richard was a founding member of the Anshe Emet Day School and President of Sager/Safeguard Corporation. Synagogue service Friday 1:30 PM at Am Yisrael Congregation, 4 Happ Road, Northfield.
