Dear Julian, Jimmy, Margo, cousins,
I am so sorry for your loss. I have such fond memories of Marlene on our cruise, at my house, and family parties. She was always smiling, laughing and had a fun story to tell. I hope all the wonderful memories with her will flood your mind at this time, and forever.
My mom wants to say that because she lived in California she didn’t get to see her that much, but the few times that she did she remembers how smart and funny she was.
Hugs, hugs and more hugs,
Anya, Joan & family

My first thought is how generous, how welcoming Marlene was. She allowed me to come spend Saturday nights with you both. I couldn’t even begin to count how many nights she entertained me. That was so special to share herself that often. Her laugh. She shared her laugh all the time too. Always wanting to make sure no one was left out.
Bruce asked me to tell you how sorry he was. He asked about her often. Melissa also wanted to send her condolences to the family.
I really have no words. I can’t believe she’s not here. I’m so very sorry Sowa Family.

Dear Jim/Margo, Julian and families,
What a profound loss. My thoughts of Marlene always begin with our time together as children at Camp Conestoga and how kind she was to me even though she had her own cabin and friends. I think of how thoughtful she always was, even last month having sent me birthday wishes and pictures of her beloved grandchildren. Most of all, I so greatly admired from afar her open-hearted and loyal relationships with her family. That is the precious gift she shared with you.
My love and condolences,
Cousin Jeri
