Obituary
Allan Cohen, 88, passed away August 21, 2022; beloved husband of Anita (nee Aizenstein), loving father of Ila (Tim) Brouder and the late Ira (Debra) Cohen; cherished grandfather of Kevin (Stephanie) Brouder and Bryan Brouder; loving brother of Larry (Brenda) Cohen and brother-in-law to Shirley Aizenstein and Frances Aizenstein and preceded in death by his parents Louis and Sarah Cohen and nine brother-in-law and sister- in-laws Judy and Paul Ashlevitz, Max Aizenstein, Luba and John Besterman, Solomon Aizenstein, Joseph Aizenstein and Lois and Bernard Friedman ; he was a loving uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend to many. Allan will be remembered for his devotion to his family, his love of sports and travel, and the joy of sharing stories with family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice. Graveside service, Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at 10:00 am at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 W Rand Road, Arlington Heights.
