Uncle Myron had a wonderful personality. I remember when really young he made sure, because I didn’t know how to swim at the time, I was safe. It’s funny, because he always had random things to say, and being an adult…I always have random thoughts and random things to say. You could say I inherited that from him. He made sure everyone at least tried to smile. I have a habit of doing the same thing. We never liked seeing people upset. I always tell my co-workers, before the day is done I will get you to smile. It’s one of those things that Uncle Myron taught me. Life is too short to frown everyday. Smile, be happy. I asked him one time, how did he become a clown. I saw a picture of him dressed up. He said he went to clown college. I will miss my uncle, I loved him dearly and he’ll always be with us in heart.

On Canasta night Myron always welcomed us with a warm smile and a few words before heading to the bedroom to watch tv and wait for his nightly phone call from his granddaughter. My impression was that he had to be one special and lucky Zadie.
Today I had the honor of listening to some of his most cherished family members.
If the measure of a man was in the amount of lives he touched and how well he was loved, Myron deserved to be ten feet tall.
May all the wonderful memories you shared together give you strength and comfort and be for a blessing. Sue

As so many people have already stated, Myron was an immediate positive impact at any get together. One of my fondest and most recent memories is when Aunt Janice and Uncle Myron came to my wedding which was in Grand Rapids, MI. At the rehearsal dinner, after eating I was out smoking a cigar and glanced over to see Myron at the head of the table captivating all of the bridesmaids with stories and tales! Uncle Myron was an instant hit and sensation. He came outside shortly after to tell me how lucky of a guy I am to be marrying such a beautiful and charming and intelligent woman. He followed that up with some marital advice….

Uncle Myron left me with a lot of good , happy memories of my childhood. The almost last conversation I had with him was about how he was my uncle, my daughters great uncle , my grandchildren great great Uncle and my great grandson s great great great Uncle. He laughed and said , so he was 3 times great. I told him yes he was and sent pictures to his phone.
