Steve grew up across the alley from Freddie and Stuart and had many fun times playing in the backyards together. Later in life we lived several blocks from Bobbie and Freddie and their kids. Our daughter and Debbie are the same age, and we carpooled to Hebrew school. Freddie was always happy and cheerful, and we used to run into him in the neighborhood. He was so proud of his grandchildren and would show us pictures of them. Please accept our deepest condolences. May Freddie’s memory be a blessing.

I have not seen Freddie since his brother’s funeral, Stuart. When I lived in Skokie with my parents, my house was across the alley from Freddie and Stuart’s house. I use to play baseball with them and Stuart and I went to Oakview Jr. High and Niles East together. I remember that Freddie use to refer to his triple grandhildren as the 3 M&Ms. May his memory be a blessing and him rest in peace.
