Obituary
Bobbe taught public elementary and middle school for over 30 years, and in her empty nest chapter, she was a multi-dozen decorated athlete/triathlete, earning the title of IronMan Age Group World Champion in 2018 and 2019. The impact she had on people who knew her, even casually, is profound. Bobbe lived each day to its fullest, and appreciated all of them.

My recollections of Bobbie Feinstein are always positive and uplifting. Her high energy and engaging personality remembered from the time we were cheerleaders together in high school. She mentioned at a reunion once that she was a tri-athlete, which I greatly admired. My deepest condolences to the Greenberg/Feinstein family. :)Ck

What a lovely, kind, inspirational woman Bobbe was. We first met more than 20 years ago when Bobbe joined North Shore Distance Running Club (NSDRC). I have many memories of marathon training runs with her, and going for coffee at Einsteins or Panera afterwards. I don’t think I’ve ever seen Bobbe not smiling, she exuded magnetic positive energy.
At our farewell party when we left the United States in 2007, I remember Bobbe looked at me and I looked at her. She had tears in her eyes, as did I, it felt like I was losing a part of me. I miss you Bobbe, my friend, even though we haven’t seen each other in years the memories will never fade. May you rest in peace and may God comfort your family in their indescribable loss. ❤️

Bobbe and I have been friends for 64 yrs. Met our first day of high school at age 13. We have been part of each others lives since then. I was her first running partner. She was more of a sister than friend. I will carry her with me in my heart and miss her tremendously. She was an amazing woman of dignity and grace.
My love, thoughts and prayers are with Jeffrey, Lizzie and Juliet.

I remember Bobbie as a fierce competitor, beautiful athlete and generous friend. My favorite memory was Bobbe telling me (during a run) one of her favorite parts of the day as a teacher was lunchroom duty. I was surprised and asked why. She explained she used it as an opportunity to fuel her heavy triathlon training load. She would snatch pretzels and snacks if the students weren’t paying attention to eating their lunch. Eventually they learned to cover up their snacks as she walked past.
