Dear Cousins,
La Donna was the most genuine person I have ever known. She and I would talk very frequently and it meant so much to me. She was my closet family member since the rest are gone and more like a sibling than cousin. I looked forward to weekly chats and the too short meetings meant so much to us. We hoped for more. She is at peace.. All our love and comfort to the family. Love you guys

Dear Sheri and Joel,
I only met your mother a few times at the office, but wow, she had the type of personality that you fall in love with immediately. She was such a brave and wonderful person. Your family is lucky to have had her in their lives for so long. May her memory be for a blessing.

Memories that will last a lifetime and forever in my heart. There are no words to describe the loss that will be felt by so many. You touched the lives of everyone around you. How lucky we were. You will always be my Auntie Donna and will never be forgotten. My condolences to Sheri, Susan and family. Sending much love

A Neighbor Like No Other
We were fortunate to have Ms. Ladana as our neighbor, and she was truly one of a kind. She wasn’t just a neighbor; she was a cherished part of our family, especially to our kids. Her kindness knew no bounds, and her thoughtfulness was beyond compare.
One of my most treasured memories of [Her Name] is her unwavering commitment to remembering our children’s birthdays. Even in her final year, when she was bravely battling her illness, she went out of her way to make sure our kids felt special. She asked her caretaker to purchase gifts for them, a gesture that touched our hearts deeply and spoke volumes about her generous spirit.
Her presence in our lives was a constant source of joy. She had a way of brightening our days with her warm smiles and gentle demeanor. Seeing her was always a delight; she had an infectious positivity that could lift anyone’s spirits. Our children adored her, and she loved them as if they were her own.
Ms. Ladana taught us many things through her actions—kindness, generosity, and the importance of caring for one another. Her memory will forever live in our hearts, and we will always be grateful for the time we had with her. The world was a better place with her in it, and her legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire us.
We miss you dearly, Ms. Ladana Thank you for being the best neighbor and an even better friend. You will always hold a special place in our hearts.
With so much love, Lini Jijo Bryden and Celene

She was one of finest women I have ever known. I called her my aunt, not because we were related through blood, but because I loved her that way. Growing up in skokie, not too far from where my auntie Donna and uncle Al lived with my cousins Sheri and Sue, they felt like a 2nd set of parents. Nothing was more fun then going to their house for a visit. I am pretty sure my siblings felt the same way. There were vacations to michigan every summer and when they showed up to one of my little league baseball games every ounce of my being was focused on hitting a homerun for them. I always wanted them to be proud of me and I hope they were. The love my aunt and uncle had for each other was a love that cant be matched. I went to my uncle Al’s gravesite 4 days ago to visit him as I do every 3-4 months, and to let him know that he will be once again be together with the love of his life. I take peace in knowing that they are together now and forever. They will be in my thoughts every night when i go to sleep. I know I will see them again one day and maybe then i can hit one out of the park for them.
