Phyllis Slavik, nee Rakowsky, 83. Beloved wife for 63 years to Dr. Charles Slavik; devoted mother of Caryn (Michael) Loiben, Dr. Michael (Robin) Slavik, and the late Robyn Slavik; proud grandmother of Jared and Marlee Loiben, Brooke, Alexa, and Jack Slavik; caring sister of the late Marvin (Marilyn) Rakowsky and the late Sharon (the late Barry) Pass; loving aunt of Pam (Ron) Paglia, Shari (Solomon) Altit, Stacy Apter, Lori (Kyle) Kirl, Jodi Pass, and Marc Pass.
