Ruthsheila Tepper, nee Simon, 85. Beloved wife of the late Lawrence for 60 years; loving mother of Eileen (Scott) Friedman and Andrew Tepper; cherished grandmother of Randy and Allison Friedman; dear sister of the late Leslie (Rochelle) Simon; caring aunt of Barbara (Robert) Melhuish. I’m so sad to hear of Ruthsheila’s passing. My deepest condolences to her family. I was the maid of honor when she
married Larry (No relationship to the Tepper I married a few years later.) Our lives took different paths and I spent
many years overseas.

Today I send love to her family for the good memories of their devoted Mother. May those sweet memories be blessings.
