Annette Kornblatt nee Kostinsky, 95, beloved wife of the late Bobby for 40 years; loving mother of Ira (the late Barbara) Kornblatt, Michael (Lynne) Kornblatt and Mindi (Alan) Jerwick; cherished Darling of Adam (Jamie) Kornblatt, Lisa Kornblatt, Brett (Jessica) Kornblatt, Scott (Lindsey) Kornblatt, Matthew (Ruthie) Kornblatt, Bradley (Jennifer) Jerwick, Barry Jerwick and the late Danielle Jerwick; adored great grandmother of 13; sister of Lorraine (the late Billy) Meltzer.
