Obituary

Susan Kanar (nee’ Drucker), 81, passed away peacefully on June 18, 2024. Beloved wife and best friend of Larry for 56 wonderful years; loving mother of David (Erika), Jodi (Allen) Joffe, and Teri (Jared) Robins; cherished “Bama” and “Grandma Susie” of Hanna and Harris Kanar, Brandon and Hailey Joffe and Felicia and Benjamin Robins, much loved aunt and friend of many. Susan was, first and foremost, the biggest advocate and cheerleader for her children and grandchildren. Animals and her pets were a close second. However, Larry carried a special place in her heart and she lost her best friend when he passed about a year and a half ago. Susan had a passion for learning and sharing information, was extremely creative and had a love of travel. Susan was a true friend to so many.
