Dear Jayne, as I was going through some boxes of memorabilia, I found a card from you from 2001 in which you shared the good news of your marriage to Shelly. It made me wonder how you were doing and I “googled “ you. I am deeply saddened to learn of your loss. Please accept my deepest condolences and best wishes as you adjust to this difficult change.

Big Bill and Big Betsy: your eulogies were wonderful and moving. We really took note of your statement that your father loved to be the center of attention. But unlike so many others, you were never aware of it, as he was always a good listener and never intrusive. We have a lot in common that is special: both our kids and your father’s kids at the same age, and the great and unforgetable times we had together- like our camping trip and of course the first time any of us visited Hawaii. When we think of these experiences, the first memory that comes to us is your mothers laughter- the thread of joy in our long association. Just remember that we love you guys very much.
