Susan E. Seidman, 70, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2025 with her loving family by her side. Beloved wife and best friend of Dr. Sheldon for 48 wonderful years; loving mother of Adam (Melissa) and Scott; cherished grandma of Beckett and Elodie; sister of Adrienne Mallet and the late Franklin Harris; dear sister in-law of Richard (Mary) Seidman and Susan (Leonard) Litwin; and friend to all who had the honor of knowing her. The family would like to thank Susan’s caregiver Natalie, for her compassion and dedication. Susan and Sheldon met in the 6th grade, attended Von Steuben High School and the University of Illinois. Susan went on to DePaul Law School and began her career at First National Bank of Chicago in Estate Planning. Susan married her childhood sweetheart, grew her family, and built a successful career. She was an avid reader, loved to cook, enjoyed shopping, but her greatest love was her family. She will be deeply missed.
