I’m so sorry to hear about Steve. He was a wonderful person. I and my children have such great memories of him coaching my son, Mike’s, Little League team. Steve’s great sense of humor really helped through some interesting times with those boys! I wil remember him as an excellent husband and father, and a great friend. My condolence, to Marlene, Scott, and Stephanie.

Steve was a great person and cousin with a real kind heart. I enjoyed talking sports with him every time we got together for family occasions. I especially enjoyed taking him to a Chicago White Sox game and did have one last opportunity in 2024. His biggest thrill was going into the broadcast room. That was the last time I saw him. It was a special promotion I won as a season ticket holder and have canceled my season tickets for 2025. My deepest sympathy to Marlene, her family and Steve’s family. He will be forever missed.
