Harold was a warm, snd loving man whom I always looked up to as a kid. His mother (my beloved Aunt Carrie) and mine were best friends, so I often heard her talk about Harold ‘s generosity and kindness..Carrie’s descriptions of him were not just products of maternal bias — they were accurate and true. My deepest condolences to all of you. May his memory be a blessing and bring you peace.
With love from cousin Arlene Rosen & family.

I came to know Harold during the late 70’s when his son and my daughter were special education students at Niles East High School in Skokie. Together we ran the social after school and weekend programs for special need students. In 1982, Harold convinced me to join Shore’s Board of Directors. Harold was the President of the organization for several years and we became very good friends and he helped me take a major role in not only assisting Shore but helping them raise funds as an active staff member of the agency. In every aspect of his relationship with Shore and with family and friends he was caring, concerned and willing to help when needed. Harold who lived a life well lived was a mensch in every respect. He was respected and loved by everyone who knew him snd will be surely missed,
