Obituary
Marty started at the University of Illinois Circle Campus in 1964 and received his D.D.S. degree in 1971 at University of Illinois at the Medical Center. Marty practiced dentistry for over 44 years in Lombard, where he had the honor to practice with his children Leslie and David. Marty was an innovator in Chicagoland, being one of the first practitioners to provide IV sedation in general dentistry. When Marty wasn’t working, he was a true family man. He loved to golf and spend his winters in sunny Arizona with family and friends. He will be dearly missed.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (www.pancan.org) and the Rolfe Pancreatic Cancer Foundation (www.rolfefoundation.org). Chapel service Wednesday 2:30 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park. It was always nice when our family would visit the house on Jarvis. Tonight is also the yahrzeit of my father who was Martin’s Uncle Eddie. A coincidence that may have meaning. Maybe they are meeting.
Marty was the cousin who was my age. Not the best omen for me. I’ll miss him. We would meet at weddings and funerals

Marty I will forever hold you in my heart. I had fun with all the projects that we did together. You made a big difference in my life and for that I am so thankful.
