Larry has been our dear friend and adopted family member for 59 years. He exemplified the definition of “mensch” . We will always treasure the memories of our times together and the many adventures we shared. Rest in peace dear friend; you will forever be in our hearts.

Larry was always a gentle soul and a gentleman During the COVI-19 days of 2020-21 his blog detailing his daily events with his lovely Sharyn became a must read. There is always something new to learn as long as you realize it, In many of his daily messages I found out about new places to eat, get things that were in short supply or out of stock in other stores. He told it like it was and his humor was always present. He was always concerned about everyone. He will be missed. May his memory be for a blessing.

I became friendly with Larry playing 16” softball(Lineball) and also @ lunches & dinners with the MEL group.
He was a real gentleman, had a great sense of humor& was always interesting to talk with.
May your many loving wonderful memories of Larry bring you some comfort during this difficult time.
He will truly be missed by all who knew him.
May his memory be a blessing!

So many wonderful MEL memories from field trips to pickleball to cards to meals. But my first thought is just Larry as one of the true “good guys”!

I’ve known Larry, joked with Larry, played pickle ball and pool with Larry, and enjoyed Larry’s presence for the last 10 years. He was a great guy who will be missed and remembered.

A good friend over a period of many years in MEL. We particularly enjoyed spending time together at the shooting range.
Larry liked to compare which of our bullets came closest to the center of the bullseye.
Most importantly, a great many of us will miss Larry and always remember our time together.

Larry was the epitome of a mensch. An all around good and caring guy.
Larry and I had some wonderful times on the golf courses we played with MEL over the past eight years.
We drove together on many occasions and I got to know him and many of you.
I’ve missed him over the past several months and I will miss him even more going into the future.
Larry had a way of embracing people and making them feel comfortable and accepted. Truly a skill that I’m sure he honed over his life and all of you witnessed.
I’m unfortunately out of town and will not be at the funeral or the shiva, but please know that my thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
